Location, Breakfast, comfort, professionalism of staff, cleanliness, attraction of the hotel, convenience of surrounding shops and food.
The hotel overall is in an ideal location with good shopping plazas nearby. Its rooms are spacious and comfortable and clean.
Location was great as we were just laying over for a cruise. Room was large.

Public and private area (room) were kept very, very clean ... complements to the breakfast preparation staff and the overall facility housekeeping staff. The front desk woman was really, kind and helpful ... as she let my wife and I check in early and get immediate rest ... as my wife was feeling slightly ill and needed to lay down. Thank you!!

Everything was great. Location is excellent, multiple food options, and stores within walking distance. The Breakfast had many options for all ages (travelled with 14 year old and 21 month infant). Staff were friendly and helpful.
